As ordinary polyester resin can only meet the weather resistance requirement of 3 to 5 years, and the raw material cost of using fluorocarbon resin coatings is too high, in response to market demands, our company has specially developed a high-weather-resistant polyester coil coating. After aging resistance tests, its weather resistance can reach 8 to 10 years. The polyester resin in this coating has a special chemical structure. This resin has a linear structure to is completely polymerized from monomers without carbon-hydrogen (C-H) double bonds. It has excellent resistance to yellowing and good light retention performance. This coating can be applied either as a single coat or in double coats. It has good application adaptability and the coating features excellent gloss, hardness and chemical resistance.
