Coating Process

The painting process of paint is mainly divided into three categories

ROLLER COATING

Roller coating is a coating method where a rotating roller acts as the carrier for the coating material. A predetermined thickness of wet film is formed on the surface of the roller. This coating is then transferred onto the surface of the substrate as it contacts the rotating roller. This process is primarily used for coating continuous materials, such as:aluminium coil, steel coil ,aluminium blinds.

SPRAY COATING

Spray coating is a coating method where,in one common technique,a stream of compressed air flows over the nozzle of a spray gun, creating a vacuum (negative pressure). This vacuum draws the paint from a reservoir through a tube and out of the nozzle, atomizing it into a fine mist. This mist is then projected onto the surface of the part to be coated, forming a uniform paint film. In addition to this conventional method, other modern techniques are now widely used, such as : electrostatic spray painting, electrophoretic deposition(E-coating),airless spraying.

BRUSH COATING

The brush painting process is crucial in home renovation, high-end furniture, and office furniture manufacturing. The industry even has a saying that highlights it importance: 'thirty percent depends on the woodwork, but seventy percent depends on the finish.' The general procedure is as follows:

Substrate Cleaning
01
Apply Putty→ Spot Puttying→ Sanding
02
Apply the first thin coat of filler, then sanding
03
Apply the second thin coat of filler, then sanding
