PVDF fluorocarbon coatings belong to thermoplastic coatings. lts base material, polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), is a crystalline polymer that does not contain active functional groups. It needs to be melted into a film at high temperatures (250-300℃), and thermoplastic acrylic resin needs to be added during processing to improve pigment dispersibility and adhesion.
